Brief-Step Wellbeing
Small Steps. Lasting Momentum.
Forward-looking, non-clinical mental wellbeing coaching and evidence-based digital toolkits designed to help you beat burnout, manage stress, and optimise your daily routines.
Grounded in Experience. Focused on Solutions.
Hello, and welcome! I’m Rachel. My professional background is built on frontline healthcare experience within an NHS Community Mental Health Team (CMHT), alongside a completed Open University Level 5 Diploma in Psychology and specialised training in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I am also an active Student Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and am in the process of completing my Level 4 Diploma in Counselling where I hope to be fully qualified in June 2027.
Rather than spending weeks analysing past trauma, my coaching practice focuses entirely on immediate forward motion. Together, we look at what is already working, tap into your existing resilience, and map out realistic, actionable habits to move your life forward.
